| You do not neet to apply for a web account to place an order on this site but it will allow you to pre-fil your invoice/delivery address so that these do not need entering each time you place an order. Here you can apply for a buyer account. This will allow you to place orders on-line and once set up use invoice address etc as defaults. By having an account you will also be eligible for automatic discounts on larger orders. To set up an account we need your Email address, Telephone No. and Invoice Address. (please enter these in the 'Comments / Invoice Address' part of the application form) If you place an order without an account we can use that information to create your account at a later stage. During office hours (0830 - 1730 Mon - Fri) you should receive your login name and password by email within the hour. Outside office hours you will receive it early on the next working day. |
Order Details
| Orders for Mainland UK delivery are charged at £6.50 unless your order exceeds £150 excl VAT when it is delivered free of charge. For UK Offshore and Northern Ireland, orders below £150 excl VAT are charged at £16.50 and £10.00 for orders over £150.00 excl VAT. For Republic of Ireland, orders below £150 excl VAT are charged at £16.50 and £10.00 for orders over £150.00 excl VAT. For Overseas orders, we will contact you after getting the cheapest price available which is past on at cost. Orders over £200 excl VAT will receive a 10% discount (This is not available to non account holders) We will not ask for payment until the order has been packed so that any adjustments can be made. For Overseas orders we will contact you regarding delivery charges. We will phone a number of carriers to get the cheapest price which will be past onto the customer at cost. Our large jewellery stands (HT3) incur an additional delivery cost because of their size. This charge is past on at cost to us. Delivery normally takes from 24 to 48 hrs as does order processing. |
